**Thetis Island's horseshoe-shaped road layout makes it ideal for leisurely cycling excursions along peaceful, paved routes. The most favoured routes, accessible by turning left from the ferry dock, are North Cove Road (5 km one way) and Pilkey Point Road (8 km). These routes wind inland, with Pilkey Point Road offering occasional ocean vistas, particularly from Moore Hill's summit and Pilkey Point itself. The modest ascent of Moore Hill, rising 300 feet, presents a satisfying challenge for most cyclists.

While Thetis Island lacks bike shops and designated off-road biking areas on public land, cyclists can enjoy ocean access via public road allowances. As commercial amenities are limited to the island's two marinas, cyclists are advised to carry their own provisions, including food, beverages, spare tubes, and tools for any maintenance needs.
